After your submission please call your vet to have your veterinary records faxed to BCPH at 919.469.0736.
Once we receive your form submission we will email you to confirm your reservation and give you a status update on your vaccine records. It is your responsibility to confirm that your records are received in time for your pet's stay. Since some of our clients prefer to bring records in at admit time, we do not require the records be received until check in time.
**Holiday weekend reservations may require a $50.00 deposit. This is refundable if the reservation is canceled 72 hours in advance of check in day. The deposit will be kept if the reservation isn't canceled or is a "no show".
